PowerSchool Parent Portal
PowerSchool offers an online resource for parents allowing you to see your student’s grades, attendance, teacher assignments and notes. Passwords are available through your child’s school guidance department. (read more here)
PowerSchool Parent Log in Tips:
v After logging in, screen will default to your child’s home page which is the Grades and Attendance page. This is an overview of all activity in Grades and Attendance.
v By clicking on a teacher’s blue highlighted name, this will enable you to send an email directly to that teacher.
v By clicking on each blue highlighted grade, this will enable you to see each teacher’s assignments, dates of assignments, and category (classifying each assignment as HW, Classwork, test, etc.)
v By clicking on each blue highlighted number under absences or tardies, this will give you the dates those absences or tardies occurred. This page also has a legend of Attendance codes. Parents can verify this information to ensure that all Doctor notes and parent notes have been turned in to office.

v This page gives a calendar of absences and tardies.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION TAB
v This page allows parents to enter their home email address and choose how often and which information they will receive an email alert about.
TEACHER COMMENTS TAB
v This page is where teachers are able to insert comments regarding the student and information regarding missing assignments, classroom behavior, etc.
SCHOOL BULLETIN TAB
v This page is another way for the school to communicate upcoming events to parents. We will do our best to keep this information current.
